*sigh* over 4 months since my last post… well a lot has been going on… mostly shitty things.

We lost our best friend Charlie Beagle he was hit by a car – our only comfort is at least he died doing what he loved – adventuring!

I was sick for a good 6 weeks (am still catching up on my insane workload).

I was a bridesmaid.

I joined the GYM (*gasp*) and introduced daily walking – it’s so much better for the head!

I put a vegtrug in my backyard, I love to potter and cannot wait to start harvesting goodies

I started a new venture with the lovely Anna from Design with Style – Inspire Me Weddings – Launching in 11 days!!

I got addicted to Pinterest (probably the reason why there are so many tumbleweeds blowing around here).

I stepped away from Likewise and started baking 2 more pies (ideas)… *STAY TUNED*.

And a bunch of other stuff… some good, some bad… maybe one day I’ll write about it. Maybe not.

All I can say is that I HOPE EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE OK FROM HERE ON IN!!

Where is that bloody Rabbit!!

The year of the Rabbit is supposed to be calm, give us time to rest and recuperate after such a horrible year. So far I am still waiting for that tiger to release his claws. Let’s hope that the beginning of the year is no indication of what’s to come.

With a Monday deadline looming, and a weekend to finish it off, of course the inevitable would happen and my Macbook Pro would die a horrible death first thing Saturday morning.

I managed to rummage up some $$ (with help from my bestie) to quickly run down the store and purchase a new 27″ iMac. I had been thinking of getting one for a while now, so it wasn’t impulse and it wasn’t because I wanted it – I actually needed it! Thank the lords I had done a Time Machine Backup on Thursday, and my client files are synced with Dropbox, so no files were lost and I made my deadline!

So welcome my new love. Mr iMac. RIP Ms Macbook Pro.

I launched a Website on Thursday for the Lovely Anna at Design with Style.

Anna provided all the lovely graphic design work and I put it all together, and I must say it is looking really great!

OK OK, I know it’s not Sunday but I started it on Sunday, too many distractions (I can call work a distraction right?).

This is just from a pattern I bought from spotlight – New Look 6902 – with options C + J (just like on the front). It was pretty easy and I really love the result. I am thinking of doing another version, maybe without the pockets and a different colour combination.

I still totally suck at zippers but I am getting there!
